Q. What is the DME Oman Crude Oil European Style Option Contract size?

A. One Oman Crude Oil European Style Option gives the holder the right to buy or sell one Oman Crude Oil Futures, which in turn is equal to 1,000 barrels.

Q. What are the contract trading months?

A. The current year and the next five years. A new calendar year will be added following the termination of trading in the December contract of the current year.

Q. How does the DME Oman Crude Oil European Style Option Contract settle?

A. The DME Oman Crude Oil European Style Option settles financially.

On expiration of a call option, the contract value for each Contract will be the product of the strike price being subtracted from the Settlement Price for the underlying Contract Month of the DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract on the expiration date and the result thereof being multiplied by 1,000 barrels, provided that if such product is less than zero, the contract value for each Contract will be zero.

i.e.: (Settlement Price for the underlying Contract Month of the DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract - strike price) x 1,000

On expiration of a put option, the contract value for each Contract will be the product of the Settlement Price of the underlying Contract Month of the DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract on the expiration date being subtracted from the strike price and the result thereof being multiplied by 1,000 barrels, provided that is such product is less than zero, the contract value for each Contract will be zero.

i.e.: (strike price - Settlement Price for the underlying Contract Month of the DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract) x 1,000

Q. How are the DME Oman Crude Oil European Style Option Contract strike prices calculated?

A. Trading shall be conducted for options with strike prices in increments as set forth below:

(A) On the first Trading Day in an option contract month, trading shall be at the following strike prices:

(i) the previous day's Settlement Price for DME Oman Crude Oil Futures contracts in the corresponding delivery month rounded off to the nearest fifty-cent increment strike price unless such price is precisely midway between two fifty-cent increment strike prices, in which case it shall be rounded off to the lower fifty-cent increment strike price and;

(ii) the twenty fifty-cent increment strike prices which are twenty increments higher than the strike price described in (A) (i) and;

(iii) the twenty fifty-cent increment strike prices which are twenty increments lower than the strike price described in (A) (i) and;

(iv) an additional ten strike prices for both call and put options will be listed at $2.50 increments above the highest fifty-cent increment as described in (A) (ii), beginning with the first available such strike that is evenly divisible by $2.50 and;

(v) an additional ten strike prices for both call and put options will be listed at $2.50 increments below the lowest fifty-cent increment as described in (A) (iii) beginning with the first available such strike that is evenly divisible by $2.50.

e.g.: On the first Trading Day in an option contract month, trading shall be at the following strike prices: (i) Previous day's Settlement Price for DME Oman Crude Oil: 100.25

Rounded off to the nearest fifty-cent increment strike price unless such price is precisely midway between two fifty-cent increment strike prices, in which case it shall be rounded off to the lower fifty-cent increment strike price: 100.00

(ii) Twenty fifty-cent increment strike prices which are twenty increments higher than the strike price described in (A) (i): 100.50 ; 101.00 ; 101.50 ; 102.00 ; 102.50 ; 103.00 ; 103.50 ; 104.00 ; 104.50 ; 105.00 ; 105.50 ; 106.00 ; 106.50 ; 107.00 ; 107.50 ; 108.00 ; 108.50 ; 109.00 ; 109.50 ; 110.00

(iii) Twenty fifty-cent increment strike prices which are twenty increments lower than the strike price described in (A) (i): 90.00 ; 90.50 ; 91.00 ; 91.50 ; 92.00 ; 92.50 ; 93.00 ; 93.50 ; 94.00 ; 94.50 ; 95.00 ; 95.50 ; 96.00 ; 96.50 ; 97.00 ; 97.50 ; 98.00 ; 98.50 ; 99.00 ; 99.50

(iv) Ten strike prices for both call and put options will be listed at $2.50 increments above the highest fifty-cent increment as described in (A) (ii), beginning with the first available such strike that is evenly divisible by $2.50: 112.50 ; 115.00 ; 117.50 ; 120.00 ; 122.50 ; 125.00 ; 127.50 ; 130.00 ; 132.50 ; 135.00

(v) Ten strike prices for both call and put options will be listed at $2.50 increments below the lowest fifty-cent increment as described in (A) (iii) beginning with the first available such strike that is evenly divisible by $2.50: 65.00 ; 67.50 ; 70.00 ; 72.50 ; 75.00 ; 77.50 ; 80.00 ; 82.50 ; 85.00 ; 87.50 (B) Thereafter, on any Trading Day prior to the expiration of the option:

(i) new consecutive fifty-cent increment striking prices for both puts and calls will be added such that at all times there will be at least twenty fifty-cent increment strike prices above and below the at-the-money strike price available for trading in all options Contract Months; and

(ii) new $2.50 increment strike prices will be added such that at all times there shall be ten $2.50 increment strike prices above and below the nearest fifty cent increment strike price, beginning with the first available strike prices that are evenly divisible by $2.50. The at-the-money strike price will be the previous Trading Day's DME Settlement Price for DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contracts rounded in accordance with the procedures set forth in subsection (A)(i) above.

e.g.: On any Trading Day in an option contract month, trading shall be at the following strike prices: (i) Previous day's at-the-money strike price for DME Oman Crude Oil European Style Option: 103.65

Rounded off to the nearest fifty-cent increment strike price unless such price is precisely midway between two fifty-cent increment strike prices, in which case it shall be rounded off to the lower fifty-cent increment strike price: 103.50

Twenty fifty-cent increment strike prices above the at-the-money strike price: 104.00 ; 104.50 ; 105.00 ; 105.50 ; 106.00 ; 106.50 ; 107.00 ; 107.50 ; 108.00 ; 108.50 ; 109.00 ; 109.50 ; 110.00 ; 110.50 ; 111.00 ; 111.50 ; 112.00 ; 112.50 ; 113.00 ; 113.50
